Tori (Cummings) Couch: Journalist
Tori (Cummings) Couch is a journalist in Fort Worth, Texas. She has experience in sports and news and currently works full-time for 360West Magazine and is a freelance sports writer.
Her portfolio contains game stories, sports and news features, radio interviews and podcasts and video packages. Current roles include covering college football for RedditCFB and TCU football and women's basketball for Killerfrogs.com (TCU Horned Frogs On SI website) and writing feature stories for the Cotton Bowl game program. She also wrote for TCU's Neeley School of Business.
Prior to being a freelance reporter, Tori was the sports editor for the Graham Leader in Graham, Texas. She covered all the sports at the local high school and worked for the radio station KWKQ 94.7 as the football sideline reporter and color commentator for volleyball, boys basketball, baseball and softball.
Tori also worked as an academic advisor in two Division I athletic departments. While working full-time, Tori interned in the Lamar University Athletic Department, which reignited her passion for sports media and began pursing freelance work.
Tori graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.A. in Journalism with a broadcast emphasis in May 2014.
